I had a hygiene appointment today with Ommar at Smile, and I’m so happy with the results!I had composite bonding done about 5 years ago and had started to notice staining and rough edges on the teeth. Omar did an amazing job — my teeth feel incredibly clean, smooth, and polished again, and the edges are no longer noticeable at all.He was professional, gentle, and really took care to make sure everything was done to a high standard. You can tell he takes pride in his work.Highly recommend Ommar if you’re looking for a thorough and comfortable hygiene experience!

I always have the best experience when I come to my appointments. Staff are so sweet and kind especially Tia, Jess and Dr Yousif. They are so kind and always manage to put a smile on my face! I had composite bonding on my upper teeth at Smiles Room in Milton Keynes by Dr Pritesh Patel. I am beyond happy with the results. He made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment, was incredibly kind, caring and compassionate, as well as going out of his way to complete the bonding as soon as possible. I felt genuinely looked after and supported throughout the process. The attention to detail was excellent, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. If I could give a rating higher than five stars to Smile Rooms, in all respects, I would very happily do so.The reception area is like entering a Spa, without a hint of being clinical. Therefore, you are put into relaxation mode at the very start.The receptionists treat you as if you are the only client they have dealt with that day. That is a talent as they are so busy.Then you are collected and taken to meet your Dentist or Hygienist. I especially love their WhatsApp chat option — it makes communication really easy and the responses are always quick.I had composite bonding done and also needed one crown replaced. I have been attending Smile Rooms Windsor for about two years. At the beginning of my treatment I have always been conscious of my smile as my teeth have been slightly overcrowded since losing my retainer when I was a teenager. Dr Pouya Zoh advised I could try Invisalign on a monthly scheme which was affordable and easy to set up. No regrets, I have my smile back, the team and staff are really kind and amazing. Dr Pouya Zoh is a great Dentist and I always felt looked after by him and the team!Thanks 🙏

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Aidan to fix an open bite and it’s been a really great experience overall. Straightforward and easy to manage. You do have to stay on top of brushing and care, but I’d still choose Invisalign over braces any day. Being able to take them out briefly and properly clean all your teeth is such a big plus. I’m really happy with the prompt results and the support throughout.

Pouya is incredible. I went to see see him when my front crown broke and my own dentist couldn't fit me in. I was given an appointment the next day. Had a great temporary fix done and started my treatment plan immediately. Seven weeks later I have greatly whitened teeth and a perfect front crown. Pouya is an incredible dentist. He is extremely professional and caring. He wouldn't talk you into treatment you didn't need. He talks you through every step carefully. Even having my old front crown drilled off gave me no discomfort at all. In fact all the staff at Smile Rooms Windsor are lovely and the facilities and waiting room are very comfortable too. It is good value for money. I will be going there for all my dentistry from now on. I couldn't be happier. Thank you everyone at Smile Rooms Windsor 🙂

I had my first set of three crowns done by Dr. Albert a few years ago, and they were completed perfectly with no issues at all afterward. Recently, one of my fillings fell out and needs attention. Since a fairly large part of the tooth is missing, I wanted professional advice on whether it should be refilled or crowned.Dr. Albert has never failed to give honest and professional advice. He is not only highly skilled, but also extremely polite, friendly, and reassuring, which makes you feel at ease and comfortable throughout the procedure. Although the waiting time for appointments can be a little longer as he is always very busy, I am more than happy to wait specifically for him.Appointments are always on time, and the entire team—including the reception staff—are helpful, welcoming, and friendly. I would certainly recommend Smiles Room to anyone looking for excellent dental care, and Dr. Albert in particular for his outstanding professionalism and expertise.

Was very nervous about my tooth extraction, but the Smile Rooms team were reassuring, patient and made me feel looked after.Keisha the surgeon had a down-to-earth demeanour that quickly put me at ease (somehow making me genuinely laugh before the procedure). My experience was stress-free with unbelievably little pain. Keisha took the time to check I was comfortable (as one could have been given the circumstances) and the problem tooth was out before I knew it.The dental nurse and the ladies at the front desk were supportive and understanding. Booked in 5 days after seen for the filling. Dr Philo broke down a much more detailed informative overview on my teeth & gums and two separate plans on what to do. My experience at Reading Smiles has been extremely lovely especially with Dr. Sami. I was looking for a dental place to get either orthodontic/invisalign treatment done and after the review appointment I just knew I had to do it get my treatment done there. Dr. Sami has been both helpful and informative since my first appointment. After scanning and reviewing my teeth he gave me options explaining the time difference and type of plan each treatment will require. He also advised me which treatment to go for, which was orthodontic and ever since doing the scanning choosing the treatment the quality of service has just been improving. In each appointment I am told how my progress is going, what has been done and what to expect (etc. I’ll have pressure on certain areas, for some time or what certain things that I need do for my teeth) and asked if I have any questions before booking my following appointment. I am also asked whether I am happy with how the treatment is going and how my smile is turning out. During my treatment I have also gotten compliments on how straight my teeth have become. Booking appointments is also so easy and convenient as the front desk is extremely helpful. All in all, I am extremely thankful for Reading Smiles as well as grateful for Dr. Sami and the quality of his work.

I first visited smile rooms back in April 2025 for an Invisalign consultation also an implant consultation for a missing tooth. The staff at smile rooms were so kind and friendly which was so helpful as it can be so daunting especially when you’re unsure what treatments you’ll need. Maddison helped me work out my treatment plan and was amazing at explaining how the process works and the payment options available which were really flexible to work for anyone. I loved how I was never made to feel pressured into anything and was only ever given advise to go home and think about. I ended up having my implant fitted in may by dr Julian which was a procedure I was really nervous for but he was amazing! I felt so at ease as he did everything to keep me comfortable throughout and gave me all of the information I’d need for aftercare. I have since had the crown fitted and I could not be happier with the results I feel like he really listened to what I wanted the end result to look like and worked with me to achieve that so I’m really grateful! My Invisalign journey was great the lovely girls at reception were really helpful throughout if ever I had to call up with questions. Dr Aidan completed my bonding on my top 6 teeth. again he was super helpful and really helped me with how I wanted the end result to look as I really wanted a natural look. I didn’t really know what to expect and was so anxious as it was a huge change but they look absolutely incredible my teeth are literally perfect I just couldn’t have asked for someone better to work on them for me. They suit my face really well and the colour is lovely natural but white. Overall my experiences with smile rooms Milton Keynes over the past 9 months has been fantastic I can’t think of any faults whatsoever so would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get Invisalign, implants or bonding

Took a few weeks to get used to wherein the aligners but after that was quite straightforward with no issues at all. You get in to a good routine…just trust the process. First of all, Elizabeth is the sweetest receptionist I’ve ever met. Second of all, Dr Nigel is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. As someone with anxiety, and in particular health anxiety, he really made the whole situation so much more comfortable - consistently being attentive to my needs throughout the treatment and ensuring he checked up on me; I felt so well looked after. He also explains everything in great detail, so that I could be aware of all the dental theory and understand what was being done - it felt like a lesson - which just shows how he truly cares about his patients. In addition, he is so friendly, funny and kind! I recommend this dentist so much. 🙂
