Truly, the best dental practice I’ve visited. Everybody is welcoming, hospitable, efficient and responsive. The practice is comfortable, has a great mellow atmosphere and if I don’t say so myself, the mint and cucumber water is a taste sensation. Dr Yusuf Alshafi, my man. This man is top draw. I had a Hygiene appointment, Teeth Whitening and composite bonding done to 4 teeth with Dr Bikram. Every appointment was so quick and efficient and from start to end it was all done in 3 appointments across 5 weeks. They gave me one price that I paid and that was all which I was very happy about (I was expecting there to be extra charges). Also to note, Dr Bikram added on some extra enamel onto my teeth in the first ever appointment to give me a quick taster to how the final product would look which really helped as I was able to express how I wanted my teeth to look in terms of shape and colour.Dr Bikram did a really great job, my teeth are extremely natural looking which is what I wanted and I’ve been ever so confident since the composite bonding. Would highly recommend as the prices are very competitive and the service/procedure is a 10/10

I have a fear of dentists due to a prior botched wisdom tooth removal so any treatment gets me very nervous. I get treated by Sonam who is a really nice chap and always puts me at ease. I tend to overstress and at this clinic I've never felt uncomfortable voicing any concerns or asking the most silly questions. I’m not one to leave reviews as most of the time I’m never really satisfied with a service half the time, but I’m more than happy to leave a review about my experience with Dr Jasmil, I hadn’t been to a dentist for a long time as I struggled with anxiety because of previous experiences, Dr Jasmil really looked after me and was reassuring throughout my hole treatment, she was so friendly & welcoming and really put me at ease.She done an amazing job on my teeth and it wasn’t easy as I had been neglecting them for a long while, but I was absolutely over the moon with the results I haven’t stopped smiling and looking in the mirror since I left, I went for a general hygiene appointment but opted for the extra air flow Polish, I was very happy all round and would highly recommend without any doubt.

By far the best dentist I have seen in my life. As an anxious dentist refuser, I had got to the point of extensive work needing to be done. The way they work from start to finish has been nothing short of outstanding. The empathy and compassion from Catherine every time I return, knowing that I am nervous, and checking on my day is so admirable. Dr Sonam and his assistant, also show a high level of empathy and compassion and their friendly approach has enabled me to get better. I have to say as a very nervous dental patient, I was very grateful for the service I received at this practice. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I recently broke a front crown on a Saturday, prior to going to a family funeral, mid day the following Monday. I attended Smile first thing on the Monday and Dr Pouya Zoh constructed a new temporary one during that appointment to resolve the issue so I could attend the funeral without the embarrassment of the missing tooth.Over the next couple of weeks, a better temporary tooth was made while measurements were taken for the final replacement.The service provided was very professional and friendly, and I am very pleased with the new crown.Thank you.

I have to commend Chloe (who did my cleaning) she was GREAT. She seems to be a lovely person in general and this seeps right into how she handles her patients. I'll definitely request her on my next visit. The job was thorough and so gentle, she also made sure to educate me on how to maintain my teeth going forward, I can see that she actually puts care into her job. She also did my daughter's teeth and she didn't seem at all uncomfortable during the process (she's 9). Every single member of staff are so lovely, friendly, approachable and take away that clinical feel that you sometimes get at a dentist. If you're second guessing if you should go for a treatment with Dr Nigel don't. Honestly one of the best decision i've ever made. Not only is he super friendly and bubbly but my invisalign result was top tier. Their receptionist Elizabeth is so welcoming and easy to speak to they make such a wonderful team. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist now because of Dr Nigel and Liz at the reception! They are both amazing, professional and especially got some great humour.I have had general dentistry done including examination and wisdom tooth extraction (non-surgical). Dr Nigel takes his time to explain things, making sure I understand everything and appointments/decisions patient-centred. Additionally, for my tooth extraction, he made me feel very calm, brought the laughs and it was painless and quick!I definitely recommend if you're looking for fanstic dental practice where you are more than in good hands! I started going to Smile Rooms for my Invisalign, but felt it was such a good dental practice that I moved here for my usual dental needs too. Dr Nigel is a fantastic dentist. He is very thorough, explains what he is doing and why, and is so easy to get along with. Elizabeth has usually been on reception during my appointments and is always so incredibly lovely and helpful, as have all the staff I have dealt with. A different standard of dental practice! Dr Nigel has been brilliant from the start, with a very cheery, friendly approach. I cannot recommend Smile Rooms Kingston highly enough. First off you are greeted by Elizabeth on reception who is one of the kindest most caring individuals I have met. Then Nigel the Dentist goes on to make miracles happen he has completely transformed my teeth with composite bonding. He is a true artist!
