First of all, Elizabeth is the sweetest receptionist I’ve ever met. Second of all, Dr Nigel is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. As someone with anxiety, and in particular health anxiety, he really made the whole situation so much more comfortable - consistently being attentive to my needs throughout the treatment and ensuring he checked up on me; I felt so well looked after. He also explains everything in great detail, so that I could be aware of all the dental theory and understand what was being done - it felt like a lesson - which just shows how he truly cares about his patients. In addition, he is so friendly, funny and kind! I recommend this dentist so much. 🙂

I’ve been coming to Reading Smiles since I moved to Reading eight years ago, but it was only a couple of years ago that I decided to truly invest in my smile by starting Invisalign and replacing a tooth implant that had been twisting my smile since 2011.Dr. Amorin took wonderful care of my Invisalign treatment, and Dr. Yusuf handled my implant. In both cases, the attention to detail and level of care were absolutely outstanding. I was especially impressed with the implant surgery—I expected it to be painful and uncomfortable, but it was nothing like that at all! Dr Mo has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. In the initial consultation he listened to what I was trying to achieve and made recommendations to go with composite bonding.I started a whitening treatment before bonding and the results came out great.Today I finally had my last appointment getting the bonding done. Both Mo and Daniella were very professional, the appointment was completely pain free and the results look amazing. Visiting Reading Smiles has always been a positive experience for me.. always a clean/sterile welcoming environment with all the staff members being very helpful. My last visit with Nigel Cheung was very informative when he spent his time showing me my x-ray results and answering any questions I had in great detail it was assuring when he was explaining what they look out for on the x-ray when there are some defects to ensure everything is in good order. Dr Albert is amazing. He talked me through every step of the treatment making me feel comfortable. He worked constantly for 5 hours taking hourly five minute breaks which I was grateful for. My teeth look amazing. I was a little overwhelmed when I first saw them as there was such a transformation. I really don’t think I thanked him enough and his assistant. I would 100% recommend him.

Ommar is a Master Hygienist! First class end to end service provided by Smile Rooms and Ommar. I had scale, polish and Airflow. Delighted with the treatment and results. Ommar and Sana are a great team. I don’t find scale and polish painful, but sometimes it can be uncomfortable. I was comfortable throughout the procedure, no sensitivity moments and Sana ensured that my mouth dry at all times - I never gagged or felt the need to stop and swill. Highly recommended.

I had composite bonding done on Friday with Dr Yousif and I couldn’t be happier! Truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had.I would 100% recommend this practice to everyone—especially anyone who’s ever felt anxious about visiting the dentist. I used to dread appointments, but that completely changed after coming here.Dr Patel is phenomenal. He carefully put together my treatment plan and helped me understand exactly what had been bothering me about my teeth for years—something I couldn’t quite figure out myself. He offered a range of options, and I’m now going ahead with whitening, gum contouring, and composite bonding. I even got to try on the bonding beforehand, which was such a thoughtful and reassuring touch. I genuinely think he’s a genius.The entire team is exceptional. Catherine, Rebecca, and the receptionists are always so welcoming, professional, and kind. They explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed—something I really appreciate, as I can get overwhelmed with these kinds of things.I also had fillings done by Dr Sonam, who was brilliant—quick, gentle, and communicative throughout. Had an appointment with the hygenist Jasmil today and I couldn't be happier, I smoked for 15 years and had not had a proper cleaning for almost 10, after just 30 minutes of the airflow treatment she removed horrid black tar stains from the back of my teeth I thought would never go. I’ve had an amazing experience at Smile Rooms Wokingham with the entire team. Not only did the reception team help carry my pram up and down the stairs multiple times 🤣 but they also kindly helped calm my crying baby during my hygienist appointment when he was very distressed. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist now because of Dr Nigel and Liz at the reception! They are both amazing, professional and especially got some great humour.I have had general dentistry done including examination and wisdom tooth extraction (non-surgical). Dr Nigel takes his time to explain things, making sure I understand everything and appointments/decisions patient-centred. Additionally, for my tooth extraction, he made me feel very calm, brought the laughs and it was painless and quick!I definitely recommend if you're looking for fanstic dental practice where you are more than in good hands! I started going to Smile Rooms for my Invisalign, but felt it was such a good dental practice that I moved here for my usual dental needs too. Dr Nigel is a fantastic dentist. He is very thorough, explains what he is doing and why, and is so easy to get along with. Elizabeth has usually been on reception during my appointments and is always so incredibly lovely and helpful, as have all the staff I have dealt with. I would (and have) recommend Smile Rooms to anyone.
